At Little Lambs, we believe in more than just child-led play. We believe in child-led learning and child-led bonds. We encourage every child's natural curiosity, giving them the freedom to learn and grow at their own pace, with our team right there alongside them. We offer spacious rooms and an intimate feel: enough space to grow and explore, intimate enough to still feel like home. We're proud to be part of the Peckham community. Being local shapes how we work, from the relationships we build with families to the connections we make beyond our doors. We see parents as partners, not visitors. From daily updates to open, honest conversations, we want you to feel as involved in your child's days as we are.
Our Ethos
We believe a child who feels safe is a child who's ready to learn. At Little Lambs, strong relationships come first. Everything else grows from there.
Play is at the heart of everything we do, but we know learning doesn't stop when playtime ends. Our staff are trained to spot those in-the-moment opportunities throughout the day, gently extending a child's thinking not just during activities, but in the small everyday moments too: getting dressed, sitting down to eat, chatting on the way to the garden. Every one of these moments builds on the same strong connections.
It's a gentle approach, built on trust, connection and the belief that emotional security is where real learning begins.
